The first top quality non alcohol wine product arrives in Spain. ABROBIOTEC, located in Valbuena de Duero (Valladolid), has created EMINASIN, a product with a rate of 0.5% alcohol and less than 5 kcal.
EMINASIN has been obtained thanks to the most advanced technology with a patented system that stands as a global pioneer in order to preserve the organoleptic characteristics of traditional wine, but eliminating almost completely its alcohol content.
EMINASIN has been developed through a system known as Spinning Cone Column (SCC). Its dealcoholization has been carried out through a vacuum distillation at low temperatures, of a previously fermented wine in stainless steel tanks and always at a controlled temperature. Through this process of "deconstruction", it minimizes the risk of loss of aromatic compounds in the wine.
The result of this innovative process is a fresh, fruity and different wine product, designed to conquer a segment of the market that, up to now, could not enjoy the benefits of a product as exquisite as it is the wine: drivers, pregnant women or those who, because of religious issues have prohibited alcohol consumption, now have the chance to taste this new product, as novel as exquisite.
EMINASIN, is launched in four different ways:
- EminaSIN White: Made from the best White Verdejo wine grapes from Rueda area.
- EminaSIN Red: Made from excellent Tempranillo Red wine from the Duero valley.
- EminaSIN Rose: Made from Cigales Rose wine.
- EminaSIN 12 Months: Made from Tempranillo Red wine, aged for 12 months in American oak barrels.
Undoubtedly, a different product: alcohol free and calories free.
